Grafische SMU-Geräte der 2400-Serie von Keithley bieten eine Vier-Quadranten-Spannungs- und Stromquelle/Last verbunden mit Messfunktionen – jetzt auf einer intuitiven Touchscreen-Benutzeroberfläche. Diese Geräte können gleichzeitig Strom von 10 fA bis 10 A gepulst und/oder Spannungen von 100 nV bis 1100 V für 1000 W gepulst und 100 W DC Gesamtleistung erzeugen und messen, was Benutzern die Möglichkeit für Touch, Test und Invent® gewährt.
