We would like to inform you today about important changes in our company. As part of our strategic development, AutomatisierungsTechnik Voigt GmbH has been operating under the new name ATV Systems GmbH since December 8, 2025.

In addition to this change of name, there has been a change in management and power of attorney has been granted.

All general contracts, terms and conditions of sale and delivery, etc. remain unchanged. Furthermore, the address you are familiar with remains unaffected by the change of name, including the tax number and VAT ID; only the company name has changed. Your contact persons will also continue to be available to you as usual. Our telephone numbers and email addresses remain unchanged.
Please use the new company name in our business correspondence from December 8, 2025, and update your system accordingly. We kindly ask for your understanding that we will have to request new copies of any incorrect documents.
