ATV Systems is a system integrator and distributor for load-pull and noise measurement technology from Focus Microwaves, an MPI Corporation company. The product range comprises impedance tuners for the nonlinear characterization of RF and microwave devices – from fundamental and harmonic tuners through low-profile on-wafer tuners to waveguide tuners – with frequency coverage from DC to 330 GHz, complemented by active load-pull, pulsed-IV and noise measurement systems.
