Safety Light curtain adaptation
Reliable protection against electrical and mechanical hazards
Safety light grids curtains are used wherever people in hazardous areas need to be reliably protected from electrical shocks and mechanical damagemoving parts. They serve as temporary, smart access monitors on production lines and robot cells.
In this case, AutomatisierungsTechnik Voigt installed a safety light grid on an existing TS2000-SE MPI wafer prober to ensure safe operation when using higher voltages in the range above signal extra-low voltagethan 60V. Optical monitoring ensures a high level of reliability regarding user safety.
