Stimulating Light source
Efficient production testing of photo diodes
Functional measurement of special electronic circuits requires optical stimulation. For this purpose, ATV Systems GmbH adapted a light source to a standard motherboard provided by the customer. A probe card adapted to it contacts the electronic circuit thus allowing for electro-optical measurement. This design ensures higher testing efficiency due to easy handling.
