Our customer was looking for a simple, yet transmission-safe connector. This was to provide a link between his Keithley 2600 SMUs and his existing measurement setup with triaxial and coaxial cable connections.
ATV found the perfect solution by providing a customized adaptation box. The individual source measurement units can be designed as TRIAX / COAX or banana socket with the help of the individual application and thus guarantee maximum flexibility in their changing applications.
