Product Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

 

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Requirements Management

• Collaborate closely with international customers to identify new product requirements and market trends
• Define new products based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and technological developments in semiconductor test
• Act as the interface between Sales and Engineering – translating market needs into product specifications

Communication & Presentations

• Create marketing materials including datasheets, application notes, presentations, and website content
• Present MPI solutions at international trade shows and conferences
• Train and support the global sales team on product positioning and messaging

Customer Engagement & Market Development

• Conduct regular customer visits worldwide to maintain existing relationships and develop new business
• Evaluate customer-specific requirements in collaboration with Sales and Product Management
• Represent customer perspectives and requirements internally with Engineering and Management

 

Your Qualifications

Education

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Sciences, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is welcome

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience in product or technology marketing, ideally in a B2B semiconductor or test & measurement environment
• Ability to translate technically complex content into clear, compelling communication
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally

Desirable Skills

• Background in wafer-level test, RF measurement, or silicon photonics
• Experience working with global sales teams and distributors
• German language skills are a plus
• Proficiency with standard presentation and office tools
