2601B, 2602B und 2604B sind Impuls-SMUs mit 40W DC/200W und einem Impuls von 10 A, 3 A bis 100 fA und DC-Fähigkeiten von 40 V bis 100 nV DC. Sie vereinen die Funktionen eines Präzisionsnetzgeräts, einer Stromquelle, eines DMM mit 6½ Stellen, einem Arbiträr-Waveformgenerator, einem Impulsgenerator und elektrischer Ladung in einem kompakten Gerät. 2601B ist ein Einkanalmodell, 2602B und 2604B sind Zweikanalmodelle.
