RF, mmWave and THz Measurements
Our Keysight Solutions Partner status opens new possibilities in high-frequency characterization for both ATV Systems and our customers. Our systems integrate Keysight PNA-X Vector Network Analyzers with MPI TITAN™ RF Probes and MPI probe stations from the TS series, purpose-built for RF applications. Our solutions support single-ended and differential measurements as well as load-pull measurements for power amplifier characterization.
Typical applications: On-wafer S-parameter measurements up to 250 GHz, RF device modeling, MMIC characterization, load-pull measurements, 5G/6G component validation
Silicon Photonics / Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC)
To address the growing demand for photonic integrated circuits (PICs), we offer integrated test solutions that combine optical and electrical measurement at the wafer level. Our systems leverage Keysight photonics instrumentation alongside MPI probe
systems optimized for automated fiber alignment and combined electro-optical measurements.
Typical applications: Insertion loss and return loss measurements, polarization-dependent loss (PDL), electro-optical characterization, wafer-level SiPh production testing
DC Parametric and Device Characterization
Our proven core competency, now backed by direct access to the full Keysight instrumentation portfolio. Our solutions feature Keysight B1500A and B1505A Semiconductor Device Analyzers combined with MPI wafer probe systems and DC probes. Integration with Keysight WaferPro software enables automated measurement routines and efficient data management.
Typical applications: IV/CV curves, S-parameter measurements, transistor and diode characterization, process control monitoring (PCM), wafer acceptance testing (WAT)
High-Power Device Test
Specialized measurement solutions for power semiconductors including SiC and GaN devices. Our high-power systems integrate Keysight instrumentation with MPI high-power probe stations for safe measurements up to 3 kV (triaxial) / 10 kV (coaxial) and 600 A pulsed. All systems feature MPI Safety Test Management™ and certified safety concepts.
